My Avatar is a Goomba from the very first Super Mario Bros.

I have chosen him, because he is one of the best known enemies in the history of gaming. And the Goomba combines cuteness, stupidity and deadliness in a very unike way. That's why I like him so much.

I already have Stalker on disc and on Steam but I'd like to enter for a friend if I may. He's a GOG member with a few games already but he isn't active on the forums.

My avatar is Kabuto, obviously from Giants - Citizen Kabuto.

While I enjoyed the game very much I thought that Kabuto looked pretty stupid in-game and playing as him was the worst portion of the whole campaign - in fact the whole Kabuto character felt almost unnecessary to the game, IMO, and the whole plot involving him was totally unmemorable. I love this avatar, though. It's badass and makes me look like an asshole. And I've actually had it since I joined without a single break (not counting my awful attempt to make this avatar X-Masy, which sucked so hard, though, that I instantly restored the original).

My current avatar is from the screenshots GOG uses for Wizardry 7 on the gamecard page. When this first came out on GOG a lot of people noticed one of the players in the party was "GOGCOM the Priest". Even funnier is that the Steam page uses the same screenshots (as the game is also distributed there by Night Dive Studios). See one such image source here. I guess that become something of a small inside joke within the GOG community, and when I was looking for a new avatar for 2014 I thought it would be amusing to have "GOGcom the Priest" as mine.

Jack Keane. People were "forced" to buy the game in the insomnia promo. Some people got desperate and made fake reviews, to convince everyone that the game is perfect. :p

The easiest explanation is that it is a symbol of chaos and I like chaos. besides that is also in a few different games as well. It goes by alot of names but I prefer chaos star. On a lighter note it also has severial meanings to the occult.

My avatar is Phoenix Wright a defense attorney and the protagonist of a famous videogame series made by Capcom for nintendo DS/3DS. I chose him because I just love this series! Each case/chapter is unforgettable.( If you like Sherlock Holmes you need to play this.)

Mine is a photo of Luke, a really cool dog who co-starred in silent comedies, mainly with Fatty Arbuckle but also occasionally with Buster Keaton. I chose it because I think Luke is awesome in general (look him up on Youtube, you'll get to see some cool footage of him climbing ladders and stuff), but also because my wife and I are involved in pit bull rescue and Luke is a good "role model" from an era in which pit bulls were considered the All-American dog, not feared like they often are today.
