I have such a nice collection!
Spent time organising my shelf to have RPG's first, then simulators, adventures and whatever.

I want to show it off!

Give me a simple way to post an URL showing my collection exactly as I see it myself.
If there ever was a better babe magnet than a shelf full of old RPG's, I don't want to know!

(yeah, I could make a gogmix but that's not what I want)

You mean something like this?

Yeah! Exactly something like that.
Now my collection doesn't look half as impressive though.
(But at least I have my 3 copies of Empire Earth to brag about with.)

Not quite as straightforward as I'd like though.
Requires to install a browser thingie that does stuff something.
For all I know my GOG name/password is now on some wiki-archive.

Anyway...
It's not about shelf for me but the lack of many features on the site;

I can't link to my profile, I can't find others' profiles. Now I don't want any social interaction thingy but a simple profile page with the option to show your games/wishlist should be there.
Forum software is so restricting what you can't do with it is a much bigger list than what you can do with it.

No worries, Barefoot_monkey scripted it and the source can easily be read :)
Only the shelfes and some user information are grabbed, but no password. We don't have access to that :)
finally stopped being lazy and added mine.

Thanks to the big sale, I completed my Fallout collection and my Infinity Engine collection. they're are a few that are incomplete like siberia and I need ultima 7 for the ultima series but it i think it is decent.

Edit:now I did a manual shelf organiszation :D.

Why is Gothic 2 all the way down there, while the other RPG's are all chatting it up with each other? There's even an empty space up there. Gothic 2 can hang with the cool kids no problem...

Unless you're like me, who pushes the games I've already played to the bottom of the page.

with the gogwiki script if you click someones name it will bring you to their gogwiki game with shelf, etc. take a look at it...

Might not like the answer, but it's kind of dumped ther. :/
Tried it for... 45 seconds or so and decided it's controls and animations are so horrible I'm not even going to try.
If I had GOG version of morrowind, it'd be down there also.

I don't want a wiki, I am talking about gog.com.

Yes, well if you give it a try I think you'll find it's exactly what you are looking/asking for. Forum software is often relatively disconnected from other parts of sites, and for often good reason. I don't think you'll get what you're looking for officially for awhile. If you want it now you know your options.

It's not what I exactly want; it requires a third party download and acces to a 3rd party site.
I didn't say the forum software should be connected to profiles; I said a profile page and a better forum software; not necessarily in one package.
I want to send something like http://www.gog.com/en/lkraider to share my games list with my friends

Six redwood trees died to make that shelf. Do not let their sacrifice be in vain.
