As our catalog gets bigger and better every week, it's easy to lose track of some of the awesome games that we have to offer. We've been running one day "Gaming Gem" promos for a while now to highlight some classic titles that don't get the love of some of our best-known blockbusters like Baldur's Gate or Duke Nukem 3D. To celebrate summer, for the next two weeks until July 25th, we're going to run a Gaming Gem promo every day, so you can rediscover these lesser-known classics! Grab that plastic toy shovel and dig out gem after gem over the next 18 days. We think every game we're going to be offering on our Summer GOG.com Gem Extravaganza will be an excellent title, and we hope you give them all a try.

With today’s Summer Gem Promo we have something special for old-school gamers who played games without the need of computers. Remember the feeling when entering the local arcade? The noise, the weird smell, the darkness slashed by a flash from a nearby machine, and the sticky floor from spilt sodas? Now you can relive the entertainment media that led to the birth of video games! Well, at least the fun part. Get nostalgic for those good old games with [url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/dream_pinball_3d]Dream Pinball 3D. The game features 6 pinball tables, each with its own theme: Knight Tournament, Monster Castle, Underwater World, Dino Wars, Spinning Rotors, and Amber Moon. Each table has its own tasks which you will need to fulfill to get at the top of the hi-score list, and that only sounds easy. With awesome 3D graphics, realistic ambient sounds straight from an arcade, and very good ball physics, the game will bring you hours of fun. The best thing is that with today’s 60% discount, you’ll only spend $2.39 on the game and can keep the change in your pocket!
Never played pinball games on PC much, but for $2.39 it's nice to get some variety in my catalog.

Meh, I'll pass on this one. I do like Pinball games, but this one seems to be rather mediocre.
Bought it.
We shall see what tomorrow brings...
SO far i have all the gems so no sale here.

Good game love the two worlds table the best soundtrack is great.
Duke Nukem 3D next, please. I'd like to play the original before I carry on with Forever.
Add pure pinball 2 and pinball gold pack and i will have all teh pinball games :D :D :D!

Hope we get more pinball games <3 not like theres any i can think of though :( Then again we are missing The Web in the pro pinball series D:
I hope to see Icewind Dale 2 on this promo. I never got to play it and it would be nice to get it on sale. =]

I would have actually purchased these other games that have been 2.39, just to support GOG and to make future 60% off bundle deals easier to grab, but I don't have the spare change right now to spend on games I don't like.
I'm in two minds with this game; do I get it or not? There doesn't seem to have been much love for it in these comments but I haven't played a good pinball game since the Amiga days.
As it stands I think I may have to pass and make it My Wallet 2 vs Gog Sales 3.

Well, Icewind Dale 2 is probably not an "hidden" gem as they understand it ( I guess the selection is made of titles that sells less than the others )

Personnally haven't bought anything yet ...

Fifeldor: Apparently most of the "hidden gems" were "hidden" for a reason.
Gotta go with this :)
Nothing for me today.
