So is support open on the weekends? I have seen people post that they get their CD- Keys for Neverwinter Nights: Diamond right away. I sent a support ticket a few hours ago and havent heard anything. Anyone know?

They have the weekends free.

You posted at about 1AM on a Sunday ;P. Even if they worked on the weekends (which they don't), they'd have to do so 24h a day to respond at such a time...

Even if they did work on the weekends, I've found it takes them a day or so to process your request.

oh my goodnesss!!!!! i just wanna play the game i bought online. This takes way too long :-P

They are supposedly working on some kind of quicker automated system, but they've been saying that for a really long time now. I honestly expected/hoped they would have done that with the last site update, but that was not to be.

BTW - You can still play NWN without the key, you just can't play it on any public servers.

Single player gets boring after awhile....playing all the different online servers is what im looking forward to. I have played single player since the beggining of april. :-P

Well then, you could have sent for the key since the beginning of april. :P

If you really need to play on a public server that bad - a three word search in Google will net you all you need to the official key arrives.

whats funny is i just got an email from gog staff about a support issue that i posted on the forums but never submitted a ticket for.....wtf where is my cd key
