To my knowledge the game you requested a key for does not need a CD key. I'm currently at home, but I think I recall that my colleagues were perplexed at your message yesterday, as it wasn't clear whether you were curious about CD keys for this game, or if you experienced an issue. Your ticket was eventually moved to a different folder for review when time allows (which would most likely be tomorrow afternoon).

Our best guess would be that you experienced a CD check glitch, in which case running the game by right-clicking its shortcut and selecting "Run as Administrator" should help. If that's not the case, please send us more information about the problem, and ideally a screenshot and DXDiag.txt report.

In any event, I'm sorry that we haven't acknowledged your ticket, but we usually prefer to reply with something solid.

As for the response time, we're still lagging 2 days behind the usual in the technical problems department, due to a big public holiday 2 weeks ago, which was placed right between two weekends. We should have it sorted by Friday.
