I've just found this over google. It's a port of Syndicate Wars built through dissasembling the original Dos exe.

It's interesting to be able to run the game natively on Win, but it offers no upgrades at all to the game. No higher resolutions, no higher colors, just the original game.

And no multiplayer.

Brilliant! Thank you! It took a lot of constant DOSbox fiddling to not only get it playable, but keep it that way.

Now hopefully those days will be consigned to corporate history.
