I'm not sure that GOG even has a right to grant commercial-use or educational licences.
I would guess that GOG's licensing rights to the games on this site are limited to personal licences, which means that they in turn are not permitted to grant sub-licences to commercial entities.
You'd probably have to go to the respective rights holders for a commercial or educational licence.
