Guys, I need help. I've never played Tex and I do like adventures..

a) Buy them all while the promo still runs!
b) Buy Tex Murphy game x and x?
c) Spend your money on the Blackwell Bundle and Resonance
d) Get all of Tex and Blackwell/Resonance

Any advice?

you can't go wrong if you like good old point and click adventure games.

I would recommend getting Under A Killing Moon to see if you like Tex's style.
If you like it, get the other two (you can pretty much skip Tex Murphy 1+2 unless you're a hardcore Tex fan).
They're cheap right now, but since the promo doesn't distinguish between a single buy or multiple buys, just get the one to try it out.

d. While you can skip the first two Tex Murphy games if you want to, for that price, they are worth trying out. It was not until Under a Killing Moon that the series really managed to find its place (or at least the place it got famous for), though personally I found The Pandora Directive to be the best in the series.

The Blackwell games are awesome, no question about it. A bit on the short side, but there are enough games in that bundle to make up for that.
Well obviously I'd suggest d (though I haven't actually played Blackwell or Resonance, I really liked Gemini Rue and The Shivah). I'd pick Pandora Directive if you want to go for a single Tex game.
Thanks all :)
You make a very convincing case!

Got em all. So option d).
If I was convinced of kickstarted, I might have gone for e) as hinted by lugum, but I'm not as of yet.

Really appreciate the feedback, and yes, not gonna skip 1+2 for 2,99.
