hi i'm new here and i was just told about this website. I was just wondering if possible, can G.O.G try to bring out the 7th guest? I remember playing that game, and getting the crap scared out of me:D And if so can they also bring out the 11th hour? I apologize if this was already asked, and if this is not the proper forum for these types of questions.
which one was with the sheriff eating a cake in front of the dead body (that was FMV game)

because that image is quite strongly engraved in my mind (screenshot from magazine) and would love to actually see what's that scene was about.

There's no Sheriff in 7th guest as far as I know, so if it has to be one of those two you know which one to exclude. It doesn't really sound like that series though.

No I think that was in Harvester. The sheriff was eating a pie, I believe, while two bodies hung in front of him in the diner at one point.

Harvester was a twisted game. Not a great game, but pretty damned twisted. They really did try their best to offend everyone.
if you're interested in the 7th Guest and 11th Hour I recently read an awesome article about the rise and fall of Trilobyte (who made the games). It's really worth reading, even just to learn about game development in the early 90's. The article is kind of messed up, but the text is good:

another game I was think they should bring out here on G.O.G is the SHIVERS series. Does anyone remember those games from sierra??

NOW I REMEMBER. thank you good sir.

just wishlisted harvester.
Surely I have both of those in my drawers?

*sounds of plastic case being thrown in the air*

SHIT! Both games disc status 404...
7th Guest actually installs and plays fine on Win7 64bit, which is cool for an early Windows game like that.

I don't have The 11th Hour anymore, sadly.
If you have an iphone you can also dl the 7th guest for £1.79, $3(i think) on the app store.

Hmmm... if the rights are all sorted then someone get these people on the phone for a GOG release dammit!

Apparently Trilobyte have been resurrected by someone in the old company with a couple of others http://www.trilobytegames.com/index.html

Reading a bit further they plan to also release the 11th hour in the summer of this year

And they are making a standalone version if 7th guest for the ipad called 7th guest infection.

So looks like we probably wont see it released, unless someone sweettalks them into distrubuting their back catalogue on here, Which having a look the original publisher virgin and the chain of companies who bought them all have dissolved so it may be a possibility.

Maybe its one of the "big" companies gog keep singing about
