I am just saying that most "orphaned" IPs are actually still held by someone and are not truly orphaned.

Lexor: That also makes me wonder about future of Wither 2 - if there are already some problems with rights / distribution (NB case) what about them in future?

Well Namco doesn't own part of the rights of the IP just distribution rights for a certain market area for a set period. When their contract expires to distribute TW2 physical copies for CDPR I suspect CDPR will pick a new distributor.
