The guy who made the linked thread admits he did no research besides watching a trailer so its more his fault considering he bought a few days after release

Limbo of the Lost was not all that buggy actually. It was filled with poor design choices, but from a technical point of view, there were no major problems with it, as far as I played.

Yep, I know. That was why I bought it, because I wanted to see just how bad it actually was (plus it was really cheap).

I'm sure people have missed this, but if you bought the bought the Humble Indie Bundle 2 or 3, there's a Steam key waiting on your key page for this game.

And yes, it's pretty bad.

Hmm, I think it's awesome, but that's of course personal. Unfortunately there are still many bugs. I'm probably used to even more as I bought it more than a year before the humble bundle included the game.

The game is incredibly buggy, yes, and they've even managed to break my favourite defense mode. However, it's as fun as you make it and ... well a lot of complaints seem to be from people that just can't play. I for one found the campaign fun and challenging (when I wasn't abusing the 'enemy brain spawns in the same location every time' thing,) and ... Well I generally have a blast with it. I'm looking forward to my friend coming over and playing it with him, because this thing is an absolute marvel in splitscreen MP, topping even games like Worms. Yeah, it's a shame it's so buggy and yeah, it should have been finished for a long time by now, but truth is that there has not been a single game similar to CC, and that CC is, in it's core, a fantastic and fun game. You just need to moan less and enjoy it more.
