Hooray! Now everyone will know what game I'm playing. Not that anybody actually cares, but it will give me incentive to clear out my backlog. These sigs aren't so bad. At least they're not picture sigs or *gasp* animated picture sigs..

Sure I do. But I do that when I go over the catalogue every once in a while or reading the general forums where a lot of people post about specific games they want to bring attention to. But if I'm searching for something I own...well, perhaps it's time to get familiar with the CTRL-F combo for the duration.

i like the idea of forum signatures, and appreciate how mellow and unobtrusive the GOG sigs are. i like seeing the avatars people choose, the names they use, and the forum titles they create. And now the sigs. This adds a little more life to the forums. Some individuality. Helps us to get to know each other a tad more than if we had them not.

I can be certain that there are threads that don't belong there. Although it is quite true a lot of the stuff that ends up on the frontpage does. So a signature for that would be dumb.

I can also be certain that in every thread there is someone who hasn't played The Guild - and there are a greater number of those. Lesser of two evils.

Or just add gog.com##div.post__sig rule in AdBlock. Exactly because things like this, mobile browsers without user css or AdBlock are garbage.
