I would really love to see the old Star Trek games like Judgement Rites come to GOG. Anyone else remember JR? Loved that game.
Star Trek has almost no hope of ever showing up. The rights would be a messy hell.

^ This. The actual Star Trek IP is owned by Paramount pictures and then the audio, visual and code rights are probably owned by those who made them not to mention you will also have to deal with anyone who currently holds the rights to make Star Trek based games.

It's messes like that keep games like Blade Runner and Dune from coming here as well, Blade Runner is especially a pain since you have to deal with the studio who owns the Blade Runner liscence and get them to sign off, then deal with Phillip K. Dicks estate since Blade Runner the film was based on his book "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" and you get the picture.
... Quest for Glory reminded you of Star Trek?

Anyhow, yeah, I loved Judgment Rites too, and 25th Anniversary and A Final Unity, I'm even rather fond of Borg.
Getting Star Trek here would be akin to resurrecting Gene Roddenberry himself...
The only star trek game i liked was that FPS (can't remember the name right now, was it elite force??) and i actually loved it, because i had a good story and some great story driven levels. I would actually really like the series to come here because i never had the sequel. Come on activision (and while your at it come on soldier of fortune ;) )

Thanks for the info, I had no idea how messy that process could be.

That's the movie that Generations should have been. Jean Luc Picard and Zombie Kirk.
