These threads are kind of tricky, and there are quite a few. The answer to your question would most likely be "yes", but that contains as much information as the "yes" answer to the question "is there a chance that Earth will someday explode". Sadly, just answering your question would seem like being a wiseass, so people feel compelled to try and interpret your question differently (as in "he probably meant to ask something else but words failed him") or make up a long explanation for the answer like it was a high school homework assignment.

I really can't think of how it would be absolutely certain that a game will not be available here at some point (the only case where the answer would be "no"). Maybe if there were only 10 copies ever made, they were all launched into the sun and the code was eradicated by holy fire.

As GOG staff never replies to these threads (to my knowledge anyway) and there isn't a secret underground resistance informant among them, you most likely won't get a more definite answer until they either announce or release it.
