Giveaway Status: CLOSED

First of all, this giveaway would not be possible without the generosity of ISC [*] and Ian. So please thank these wonderful persons!

Lately I have noticed that I always end up closing my giveaways later than expected (sometimes much later)...
... so, to participate, tell me: what activities or tasks ALWAYS will take you longer than expected?

PRIZES:
-- Legend of Grimrock (kindly donated by ISC)
-- Divine Divinity (kindly donated by Ian)

RULES:
1. You must have joined BEFORE October 2012 (sorry to legit new members, this is due to scammer(s) creating multiple accounts).
2. You can enter for one of the prizes (specify which one) or the two of them (specify the order -from highest to lowest desire-). If you don't choose any prize(s) in your post, I'll assume that you aren't entering the giveaway.
3. Random.org. One prize for winner. Re-giftting or trading are allowed.
4. The giveaway will last probably until next Monday or Tuesday.

I would like to dedicate the giveaway, as usual, to all those of you who make this community a friendly and warming place to stay. Thanks to all of you! :)

[*] Indeed, ISC gifted me two games for my birthday: Grimrock & The Chronicles of Riddick (thanks again, mate!). I can't help keeping Riddick for myself (I must confess I was severely tempted to redeem both). Sorry, folks, no Riddick for you! ;)

PS: If you see this thread is lost in the depths of the forum, I really would appreciate a small BUMP to it! ;)

Count me in for Grimrock please

Thanks for yet another fine giveaway :)
Not entering.

Just thought I'd say thanks all round & these prizes are both BRILLIANT games.
Long-time lurker, first-time poster. Grimrock is enough to get me to come out of my shell!

Homeowner chores-- folding laundry, washing dishes, mowing the lawn.

Also, actually finishing a computer game takes longer than expected. My shelves are littered with boxes of games that I've started, but for various reasons, never completed. Grr.

Thanks for the giveaway, Thespian.

And a +1 for you as well as big kudos to ISC and Ian. Not entering though, but good luck to all who do!
In for Grimrock, thanks Thespian*, ISC and Ian for this giveaway. +1

As mentioned by jeffgog above, finishing the game (especially the old ones) usually takes longer than expected. I wonder why, maybe it's because I'm too old? :D

Thespian*: snip
In for Grimrock if you don't mind me trading it. Usually, reading the paper takes more time than I intend. I always think I'm gonna read the specific sections that I'm interested in, but I always end up reading the whole thing...

Oops, can't see for looking!

One that takes me ages always is decorating, I start out thinking yeah no probs zipping about with the large roller, then it comes to cutting in round doors, windows , skirting and ceilings and things slow right down.

It has took me 4 days so far to do the hallways in my house and I still have a fair bit to do, maybe this time next week I will actually have finished these areas!!

So, there you go, 1 in for Grimrock please!! :)
Not in, but +1 for your generosity my friend! ;)
Also, thanks to ISC and Ian :)
In for Grimrock, thank you!

And what takes me longer than expected? Um... like, everything XP Yeah, I'm a terrible procrastinator.
(Oh, except eating chocolate, that goes like poof!gone)
Getting out the door to work in the morning always takes longer than expected, like right at this very moment. I give myself plenty of time for showering, breakfast, etc...I can't imagine where the time is going...

In for Grimrock. Thanks, Thespian.
Thanks,I'm in for Grimrock!
And what activities or tasks ALWAYS will take you longer than expected?
Well, making sex.You know,I'm an italian stallion,I say "Okay, this is a five minutes works" but ALWAYS requires me about 4 or 5 hours! It's a hard work, but someone must do it!
In for Legend of Grimrock, thanks!

And about activities... All my activities take longer then expected. :-) I finish fast only when I'm pressured to end it. And if they are enjoyable ones, I spread them even longer. :-)
It's an easy one: video games.

When my wife goes to sleep, I often go on my computer and when she asks me how long I estimate I'll play, I ALWAYS answer something that is finally way different than the realities. I always stay a bit more on my game and finally, I go to sleep too late to be in good shape the next day (for work).

I'll enter for Legend of Grimrock. And thanks for the giveaway.
