However I am curious, what is the different between EE version and non-EE version? Also, I thought The Witcher 1 on GOG.com has always been an EE version from the beginning?

It always was. My key is from the retail version from before the EE patch. According to the webpage, redeeming the key will give you the EE version here.

Hey, I have two TW1 keys (somewhere, have to find them first). Dunno if they will work for activation here since they are quite old, but you can include them in your giveaway if you want.

It was announced yesterday at CD PR summer conference.

I already have TW1 on GOG, but thanks for the giveaway :)
