I ended up buying the edition with cities of tomorrow included. So far the game is alright. Had one problem so far with AI- when a dipshit hippy on a scooter parked in front of my police station and wouldnt move, blocking all traffic and forcing the entire police force into a traffic jam.

The MP elements are actually intresting at first... but end up sucking balls... Abandon cities everywhere... definitely a game to play with people you actually know.

In response to some of the comments here, I already have simcity 4 on steam but for some reason it chugs badly and crashes alot. I have simcity 2000 here and despite its clunkyness its my favorite. Found SC3000 the other day at St.Vinnies for $3, and like an idiot didnt buy it... Its gone now.
