Does anybody remember a game called Machines, where it was an RTS but when your base was attacked or if you sent a scouting party out you can go into FPS mode? you had the ability to roam around controlling one of said machines and fire at your enemy and stuff. there was a time I was looking for said game at gamestops,EA Games even online and I could never find this damned game!! I know it exists it was an Acclaim game I remember:

I remember I got the demo from a PC gamer magazine once, it ruled!
just curious if anyone else ever played the game or what their thoughts are on that game.
and if they thought that maybe its a game that should hopefully in some point in the future be Accessible to purchase on this fine website?
I do. I also remember it was much criticized by Computer Gaming World, that's why I didn't know better and avoided it. After doing some research on it a while ago, it really doesn't look bad at all.

I got a boxed copy of the game from Ross about a decade ago for $3. It looked interesting, but I could never get the game to run. It's buried away somewhere, wouldn't mind giving it a try some day.
