Ok, I tried the hard mode. The sorceress kept failing when I tried to upgrade the sword beyond lvl5, and apparently eating candies doesn't increase my HP, but for the rest it was the same. Except I couldn't save, which was annoying but I think it was a bug. I got to the castle keep before my browser crashed and I abandoned the game

Errm... I must confess that I have not tried the hard mode... and probably never will...

hehe :) I stopped worrying about lollipops after I exceeded avagadro's number. I thought that was a bit much... until I got 10^175 by messing with the bugs. I don't think even our solar system could contain that many lollies :P
