And I'm pretty sure its not supposed to be. But hell, I've attached the proof.
The yellow usage indicates unmetered data - in other words, it doesn't count toward my meager 15GB limit. I first noticed downloading the longest journey about a week ago, thats the first big chunk of yellow. I was confused as hell but that's the only thing that big I downloaded on the day. The second chunk of yellow is updating TF2, thats supposed to be unmetered so nothing odd there. The third chunk of yelow comes after a now invisible chunk of yellow on the previous day, where I test downloaded a few more games from my library to see if it was a fluke or not. Fluke it is not.
That last chunk of yellow is none other than The Witcher 2. I have no idea how you did it GoG, but I salute you. If its unintentional that your downloads are unmetered with any ISP, I suggest you go about making it intentional - Us users with small download limits will flock to you, as even Steam can't get its game together to provide unmetered downloads of every game, let alone guarantee we get to the unmetered content servers without... Ahem, influencing the matter.
Anyone from GoG reading this care to clarify why it's happening?
