A bunch of us who got The Witcher 2: Collector's Edition got it with damaged Geralt busts and stuff. Later in the month, we were all told to take photos and attach them to an email to an address dedicated to the issue. Someone named "Aga" replied to mine and said that "New sculpture will be sent to you together with a small surprise in July".

Obviously it's not going to arrive the very first week in July, especially if it's shipping from Europe to the USA, but do we get a shipment tracking code, or at least an email that says "your replacement has been shipped"?

This is kind of a big issue. For me, especially, since I don't get to my mailbox very often (only once every couple of weeks!) and the people at the Post Office this package is likely to come through are bound to send it back if I don't pick it up right away. For some reason they get nervous whenever I have something delivered with foreign Post markings and stamps on it.

Try sending an email along to the support team at thewitcher.com; this isn't really our bailiwick and I don't think that CDP RED's support team fields support requests in our general forum.

Sorry to hear about your busted statue, though.

Also, you might have better luck getting these kinds of questions answered in the game-specific forum in the future.
