I have just receive in gift nwn diamond (I am happy :D) but the key are not working online, and I have send a mai lto the support to receive the key, do you know how many time it's take to receive the key ? because I want to play online with my gift :)

between 1 hour and 2 weeks I assume... the results varied a lot from gogger to gogger :)

I got mine 3 hours after my request :)

I sent my request in abut 3-4 days ago for a Spellforce key....still waiting.

4 days ago was a weekend. you should think in business days ;)

So 2 days is not much.

If you don't get a response within a week, then you should send a follow-up to GOG support. They have had problems with their support system in the past where tickets seem to "fall through the cracks" and go unanswered until a follow up is sent.

Actually, we have the "may weekend" here.
The 1st and 3rd of May are holidays. So, for convenience [and laziness], the 2nd is also work free.
So, the first business day is actually on the 4th, tomorrow.

In case anyone is interested, May 1st is the Labour Day [yeah, celebrating the working by not working], May 3rd is the Constitution Day [the day the Polish Constitution was signed, first one in Europe, second in the world *gloat*].
