EndlessKnight: Many people see almost anything as trolling now-a-days. (Differing opinion, etc...) There should be a term for someone who is always falsely accusing others of being trolls. (Thereby becoming a sort of troll themself.) Well... other than dumbass, that is.

I object to this negative perception of trolls. You never see people say "ignore the dragons" or saying "that guy is just kobolding." Why is it trolls?

Trolls are easy to deal with, just use fire or acid. Otherwise it will regenerate.

I blame the educational system combined with the nature of trolling.

Trolling is a subtle art, in order to do it right, there has to be at least some question that you might be brought around and that you're just not getting it.

Then there's ones, who are so over the top purposefully obtuse that there's no question about what's going on. I'm not even sure that they deserve to be referred to as trolls, as they're about as transparent as a slab of concrete, and just as sharp.
