Would it be a stretch to ask if gog will get the entire ultima series as a pack including ultima 9?

Just a bit. You see, not only are there already Ultima games on GOG, but there's also the issue of GOG only having two pretty low price points at the moment.

If (!) the EA deal includes Ultima IX, I wouldn't be surprised if that game were to be sold on its own.

It depends on EA but my guess is we'd likely see the Ultima Collection(0-VIII?) for 9.99 and IX for 5.99. Hopefully we'd also get the Worlds of Ultima games as a pack like Ultima Underworld for 5.99
