I have been trying...and trying to send one of those email messages through to the tech support department but for some reason I cant. I click send after filling in all the information but it never changes. It just sits there and acts like it is loading but the message never gets sent. Anyone know how to fix this? I just want to get my NWN Diamond multiplayer keys :(

Try cleaning the cache of your browser and trying again.

If not, try another browser.

*Facepalms* Youd think being in customer support I would have tried clearing cache already...Ought to enable cookies too, just incase. lol. Did think to try a different browser though. I'll give it a whirl!


Edit: Still not working, tried enabling cookies and clearing cache and used both IE and Firefox. :(

You could try sending them a tweet if you have a Twitter account or drop on IRC and see if TheEnigmaticT is online (or ResilGOG).

I'm very sorry about this, there appears to be a problem with the support forms in general. I have notified our web team, but I can't guarantee that they'll be able to look into this problem today, since it's past 7 PM over here.

As I'm not in the office anymore, I can't gain access to the CD keys, but I'll sort you out first thing tomorrow. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

No worries! I know its late over there across the pond so I can be patient. I just didn't know if it was a problem just I was experiancing or if it was a web related tech issue. Even tried to have a friend send the message through for me but that did not seem to work either. But! As this answers my question, consider thread solved! Thanks a bunch!
