Am I the only one who finds the "unformatted" style of reviews annoying?
The GOG site just crams all of the text together, it does not even preserve paragraph breaks.
Much harder to read, in my opinion. At least allow paragraphs!
Overall, the new site does not seem that much better than the old one, to me. A few improvements, a few new glitches. Being able to sort games by title is nice. And the site seems a bit faster. But I liked the old home page style better (though the new one is OK, too).
I'm sure they'll keep working on it. Hope they can improve the forum software features which are pretty dismal compared to most everywhere else.
Allowing formatting, maybe even embedded screenshots, in reviews and other things to "spiff them up" might even help their sales. Are you listening GOG?
But -- two great new games and more to come -- that is what's really important. So thumbs up on that!
