A few favorite ones, not mentioned yet (I've taken the liberty to consider robot as "artificial being", in some of the cases):
- Dog, from Half-Life 2
- R. Daneel Olivaw and Andrew Martin, from the books by Isaac Asimov
- K.I.T.T., from Knight Rider (the original series, not the remake)
- Number Six, from Battlestar Galactica (apart from the obvious reasons :D)
- Cortana, from the Halo series
