Fesin: Okay, I'm a little bit embarrassed now, I should have thought of that.
But in my defense, I've never had this happen with a DD store, no idea why this ended up in the spam filter.

Thanks anyway goglier!

goglier: Glad I could be of help.

I've never had this issue with any other download store either, I have no idea what they do differently.
I'm using GMX for this, and since you are from Austria, maybe you do, too?
I do, actually. You're right, it's rather likely it has something to do with this.

vulchor: Does anybody know of an even incomplete list of these somewhere, instead of blindly searching amazon or something?

Fesin: You mean something like this?
Thanks Fesin. Wikipedia saves the day again, haha.
Bump. StoryBundle's just released their Video Game Bundle 3.0, with some interesting eBooks, including an apparently massive 800 page history of the rise and fall of Atari, a comprehensive history of the rise and fall of Sega, and The Final Hours of Portal 2 ($12 BTA extra). The latter gives you a Steam key for the Steam version of the book and a DRM-free ePub.
Nice: the Minecraft book is unavailable to buyers in Britain owing to 'pre-existing licensing restrictions with the publisher'. They 'apologize for this inconvenience', but not by reducing the price threshold for the remaining two bonus books.
