As the previous poster says, Vanilla Visa does not let you make purchases outside the US. For me, I buy a Green Dot Money Pak which allows you to add the money to Paypal. Paypal is the way to go when you have no creditcard. Next time, I would recommend trying the Green Dot Money Pak.
