The rights are owned by Tommo, which is here on GOG ! Come on guys, this game was made before I was even born , and I would still count it as one of the best ever made. I still play it regularly, and it'll be a day one purchase if it comes to GOG ... So look at the links provided, vote if you want it here .

Also, did I mention it was made as a spiritual successor to Pirates!, and generally considered better than it ? Not to mention the fact that it was the inspiration for the Total War series...
