Hello all, Gamerager here.......as you all may know, the official wanted games list at gog.com/en/wanted is a bloody mess, so i'm compiling a list of most(if not ALL) games from that list at the gog user spreadsheet here:

I made this in hopes it can serve many uses....like keeping tabs of games already requested by gog users before so one knows what's on the old wanted list(at first link) before voting in a new entry....or to allow new users and old to add their personal wanted lists and keep tabs of what others want to come to gog as well.

As new users add their lists to the new wanted spreadsheet I will add +1 vote to each game title picked by each user to keep votes current for users and gog staff alike...should they ever visit for some reason. If anything, this could serve as a guide for them if they ever clean up the original wanted list.

So feel free to add your lists on the Games Wanted tab on the spreadsheet and share some love with a fellow gogger on a mission, eh? :)

Good idea there and a lot of work. Whats to stop people from just rigging the votes though? I could very easily give TIE Fighter 9999999999999 votes

Like the other sheets me and Damuna keep track of and can revert any changes made that are suspect.

Also, the numbers are there just as much for the community and to let new users in on what's been voted on or suggested already so they don't have to keep making such threads all the time. So, you gonna dd to it or what? I'm currently in the first release version as i'm sure i've got at least 2/3 of all valid titles(non mdern games or consoles games and bullshit entries eliminated for the most part) down pat......besides the obvious titles that shouldn't be there i'm also not counting most titles with less than 10 votes or duplicate titles.

If someone notices I missed something they can always vote for it in their list on the sheet and then add the title and first vote to the lefthand side of the same sheet. I'm on page 176 already, going back to like January 2009. Alot of games here already on gog have also been cut from the new wanted list, as well.....and it gets harder and harder to scan through each new page and wiki names i'm not familiar with and keep from adding a title on gog already to the sheet but i'm trying to be as careful as humanly possible.

Hope you join in...it'd mean alot to me if you did, if only to warm this gogger's heart that his project is being used by some peoples.

Thanks...some here think it's a waste of time because gog has a wanted list already...but that things a bloody awful mess.

Its also not linked anywhere and is probably being replaced so this is probably for the best

Yeah if gog ever redoes theirs they can use the list I made to rebuild a proper list of their own.

I will start adding my most wanted list :)

Make sure if that's you who added the Ultima Games to also add your name on the list to the right as well along with the games you voted for listed in your column.

I've added under my names the ones I remember adding to the list.
Not sure how I differentiate which I voted for v which I added... unless I am misreading.

I added some games that were not on the list namely, Syndicate Wars.

1.a. If a title you want to vote for isn't in the list on the lefthand side of the sheet add it in the right alphabetical ordered space and put a 1 next to it(denoting a vote of 1 to start for that title which you are giving it.)

1.b. If the title you want to vote for is in the list already, chenge the vote total next to it's name +1.

2. Then take all the titles of games you voted for in the lefthand column and write them in a new PERSONAL column of wanted games on the righthand side of the sheet under your name section.......so you being saramakos take the names of all the game you voted for on the left.....and make a list with them on the right under your name which should be in the S area of the righthand side of the sheet.

As you remember new games to vote for, follow and repeat steps 1-2 to vote for them on the left and add them to your personal wanted list of games to come to gog under your named column on the right.

Hope this helps.
Good one....now go to the right side of that sheet and make a popinjay named column under the P labelled section and add that game's title to the column below where your name now is.

So like

Basically it's like the owned and wishlists spreadsheets except this one has a voting thing on the left columns you have to +1 all your wanted titles in as well.

Cool so I did it right then... I thought I had to account separately for the games I ADDED as well!

What happens when there is mass abuse, do you back it up daily? or does google docs have revision?
