I mean, really? Are these Slovaks totally fucked up in the head? My only experience with wasabi was my first time eating sushi and asking "what is this green thiing"? Answer was, something I don't ever want to touch again. And they flavor chips with that.

And I thought the shrimp flavour in asia was weird.
Just don't eat them and you'll be fine. :p
I love wasabi.
And I freaking love chips.

Wasabi + chips = combination made in heaven.

When will these be available around here?

you think? I don't know, they kinda scare me. I know they're looking at me from the supermarket, I probably won't be able to sleep

Try to avoid chips departments at the supermarkets. :D

Wasabi chips is old news
How about pea or beetroot chips? :P
I had some a couple of years ago, they were horrible.
But than again there are many horrible flavors of chips, to each his own I guess.
Some horrible flavors that you can try if you're ever over here (not sure if they're available elsewhere): Joppiesaus (which is a kind of curried mayonnaise snack sauce), oven roasted chicken and saté (peanut sauce flavored).
There are of course more horrible flavors in the world, but those pop into my mind as being fairly awful.
I remember reading something about cola chicken flavored chips in China, that also sounds fairly bad.
Shrimp crackers/chips are great, and I really like Wasabi peas as well so I guess I should track down some Wasabi chips and give them a try.
Spicy wasabi chips, I like them.
Tried them a year or so ago. Worst chips I ever had.

Don't know about chips, but I've seen cooking chicken in cola as an Asian cooking tip.

I did try milk tea flavored popcorn in Japan though, and it was a bit tasteless. Better try curry flavor or something.

Speaking of tea flavor, they also have many brands offering green tea flavored ice cream. It's a bit weird as it's not at all sweet, which you would expect an ice cream to be.
I've seen wasabi chips here as well, didn't go much on them.

But I do love wasabi-coated peanuts, and I'm partial to adding a bit of wasabi to mashed potato.

No, I still don't feel safe. I'll have to flee the country, right now.

So soon again?! O.o
Mos Burger once did a tie in with Mr. Donuts and sold a Wasabi Donut Burger. Was absolutely lovely.
