Hi Guys,

Don't know what happened. I did post a thank you reply earlier today. I posted it immediately after RightInPot's message saying "I must have claimed it literally a second before you" and thanking Barnell very much indeed.

I also went on to reveal it was Temple of Elemental.

I clicked on post my message and it all went through as if it had posted. I have been out with my family for the afternoon (it is Boxing Day you know) and just got back to this.

Again, thank you Barnell but some of you guys really need to relax a little before posting. You really shouldn't see the worst in everything before knowing the facts.

there are bots watching forums... i realize this one was a mistake but, it would be nice if all codes were in an image instead of in a post... i feel that would be much nicer and more fair since its quite easy to code a bot to just sit and click into every new post and scan for the gift code and then redeem it at set # of sites...

Awesome of you to clear this up for us and all, and I hope you're enjoying the game(if even just on your shelf). :)

As others have said though it's only natural to assume it was bots as sadly they scan for plain text codes all the time on various sites......which is why I urge OP to next time not post it as plain text if they possibly could, and I urge everyone else to not post game codes as plain text as well to make sure bots don't get them.

AFnord: The steam community is not all that bad, not for its size at least. But there are a handful of people on the steam forums who ruin it for everyone else.
In my experience it is the other way around - a handful of normal people and the rest are those trolls, whiners, fanboys, etc....
In fact, unless I need to go specifically there for any reason, I avoid SPUF like a plague.
