As many as possible.
Mostly internet newspaper sites, but BBC and a few oddball news channels on TV.
All except Murdoch's trash, anyway. I'll take the Daily Phail over his scummery.
I don't have/want a TV. I take my news on the web. Honnestly, the gog forum satisfies 80% of my world news need : keep filtering the stuffnews, mates ! I'm really proud of you :)
Bill Maher for TV, WAAAY better than Jon Stewert and Stephen Colbert :)

Generally I listen to NPR. One of our NPR stations does normal NPR news, and another does BBC radio news. They certainly have a different focus in their news, but it's particularly interesting to hear them cover the same story... they usually have a pretty different perspective.
You don't wanna know...

Roughly 80% internet and 20% radio. I hardly ever watch TV unless I'm with someone else and I don't buy newspapers, not because I'm against them but because when you've got the internet why do you need them ?

My home page is the BBC News main page but I will visit loads of sites worldwide for news stories. There was a tragic story in the US about a wing walker called Todd Green, I think it was over a year ago now. He lost his grip while trying to move from the plane wing to a helicopter which was hovering above (this was all part of the stunt) and plummeted about 200 feet to his death in front of a crowd of horrified onlookers. Don't ask me how or why I ended up finding this story ! I was just surfing aimlessly and came across this story : the internet is so sandboxy !
Mostly internet and radio (I'm in my car a lot). I never watch the news on TV. Personally, I like Fox News, Daily Mail, Jerusalem Post and CNBC.com is my homepage. MSN.com on Windows 8 is really nice because it gives you a huge cross-section of stories in one place.
I read the BBC app, 'I' newspaper, Reuters, and online news posts on Google.
I listen to the radio news at work, and talk with some of my collegues about the news.

A talk this morning pointed me towards -

I have to go with the Weekly World News. How else am I going to find out more about the plight of Batboy, or how Martians are really government agents, who are really from Saturn.
