I'm stuck in in indiemode as of late : SPAZ and Revenge of the Titans. Whats the point of AAA games anyway? (kidding of course :P )
This is going to be very vague : its a fairly recent release(perhaps last 3 years or so - not 100% sure) that really went for the retro pixel look. I remember that in some of the screenshots the characters' legs looked like upside down upper case 'U's (uhm except with sharp corners like an 'L' ) It was sort of an isometric view, but not quite top down - more as if you saw the whole story from a 30 ish degree angle from the surface. I think it is some kind of adventure game. I seem to recall a screenshot where the one character got a sword (out of a rock perhaps?) and stuck it in the air? Uhm, what else? the environments were very well done, but definitely strange, and in keeping with the big-pixel look. I think it got pretty rave reviews as well.
Anyone have a clue? I've searched through swathes of Steam's indie titles but can't find it :(
