I just wondered when to expect code for game I won last night on Facebook. I sent 2 emails to users@gog.com but so far no response.
be patient. why not think about what you're going to get with that code?

Is there some list of winners on facebook? Where did you notice your nick?
I can not see any list - at least not on forum.
There was a list on GOG's Facebook page.
The list of winners from last night (for $9.99 game) is on the GOG Facebook site, 3rd GOG post down. It starts:
"We've finished drawing our winners for the $9.99 game code. " You have to click on the "see more" line to see the full list of names.

1. be patient
2. make sure you have enabled everyone to send you a message on FB, not only from friends
3. drink some hot chocolate.
My guess: they're probably taking long because they're flooded with people pretending to be the winners.

They should send a facebook message directly to each of the winners instead of asking for emails. That way they won't need to sift through the inevitable imposters.

Hopefully they'll get to you soon.

In that case I wonder why this is not repeated for GOG's forum winners. I do not have / use facebook.

I don't know, but on GOG forums they decided to PM the codes. They did the same on twitter.

I dunno why they changed that for facebook.

GOG held a Facebook giveaway in the past with 200+ winners (https://www.facebook.com/events/264761233544656/). They decided to ask each winner to contact GOG personally because Facebook wasn't letting GOG send out mass individual messages in a short timespan.
Still no response from GOG. Looking to that Facebook posting, it seems that none of us have yet been responded to.
You will get the code, don't worry.

I would like to think so. Still it seems like a long time since there are only 50 Facebook winners.

I still didn't get the free game after 6 days. I got an email after 3 asking me to clarify whether I wanted the game now or after the holidays. I replied immediately that I wanted it now & then haven't heard back again. Truthfully, I'm disappointed with GOG in their slow response on what should be a simple matter & it's taken all the fun out of having won the game. From looking at the Facebook posting on this, it seems the situation is the same for all of the Facebook code winners.

I believe Galimatias is responding to those emails right now.

We've had some technical issues with the bonus codes, as they don't work during the promo; that said, we will get your codes to you. As I just said, I believe that Galimatias is going through them right now.
