Omikron would probably be an instabuy for me.
I have the 3 disc version of Omikron, cant get it running right though on new hardware.

From what I understand and have experienced and reading about it on the net the game uses a 24Bit buffer. The new hardware though has been phasing out 24Bit buffer and is only supporting 16 & 32 Bit. What happens when you run the game is missing textures, shadows and generally just looks a bit of a mess.

I think it can be run in software mode though, doesnt look as good but at least playable. Might install it again this afternoon and see what happens and will see if I can find a fix.

Miaghstir: One game was removed from the GOG catalogue though due to music licensing.

OmegaX: ObsCure was the game. I think it was only one music track and I still wonder why they couldn't ask the publisher for permission to remove it. Luckily, I bought it before then but there must be some people that didn't have the chance.

I've been here from pretty much the start, but somehow missed ObsCure.

Back on topic, there are only two scenarios that count today:

1) They release Anachronox, and I finally cave and empty my cart and wallet.
2) They don't.

There is a possible scenario involving Final Fantasy games, but I consider that about as likely as EnigmaticT giving a straight answer to a question!

Didn't expect that. :p
Sigh.
Meh, that's a letdown. Better luck next week.
