I am new to GOG and I noticed Fallout 1 and 2 and Unreal Tournament 2004 and 1999. I am planning on buying two. Should I get two fallouts, two unreals or unreal 2004 and fallout 1.

Personally, I don't think there's much reason to get both UT and UT2k4. 2k4 is just an update and revamp of UT, so chances are, you'll end up sticking with one and ignoring the other.
I say go for 2 Fallout games.
I'd say Fallout 1 & UT2k4. It gives you a better variety of games (after all if you get both fallouts and you're not in the mood for fallout your only alternative is slightly newer fallout) and by the time you finish fallout you'll probably be able to afford fallout 2

This and . . . you might look at Arcanum, Painkiller Black and the Serious Sam releases as well.
Edit: Just remembered Painkiller is on this weeks promo.

I agree with the above 2 posts, fallout 1 and UT 2004.
I am not a big fan of multiplayer games, but I heard alot of good stuff of UT 2004. I'd rather get the both Unreal singleplayer games 8/

I agree with you
I think UT 99 and Fallout 1 are the best of both series so I'd go with them.
Fallout 1 and UT2004 seem like the best combination.
Don't forget to get hold of all the additional content for UT2004, such as maps, mods and total conversions. Some of the best are listed in the Unreal forum.

+1
Just buy Gothic and Gothic2. Then buy Fallout 1 and 2. And don't forget UT and UT2004. The circle is complete.
