Ever since sacrifice came out its been a pretty obscure game, praised by fringe gamers and overlooked by everyone else. Im not sure why, probably because its so unusual. But its a very special game for sure.

Tarm: Me and Ultimatum are referring to an old joke here on GOG. :)

Licurg: There are problems with all games. Have you checked the HOMM forum? It's full of all sorts of bugs, from all the games. But all of them are usually solved, just like in the Sacrifice forum.

Navagon: Rationalising doesn't work when you try and apply it to the actions of the majority.

People see game they don't know. People check forum of said game. People see other people with problems. People make the :/ face and start to consider other games on offer.

Of course, I acknowledge that I might be giving people too much credit in saying they're going to check the forums first. But I like to think that GOG's demographic is still some distance away from the impulse-buying 8 year olds of Xbox Live.

Great. Now I sound elitist. :P
Yeah, you do:)

Be that as it may, it's still true. Xbox Live is 95% screaming retarded 8 year olds. But perhaps for that reason I should stop aiming for such an easy target.
