Totalbiscuit has started a new video series, covering various games that were good but sold badly.

In the first episode, he covers Sacrifice, showing the gameplay, and telling people to get it from GOG. He shows some of the single player, and a skirmish against an AI.

It is a entertaining and informative series. It has a great host voice and his guest was great as well.
I watched this and was very impressed with the knowledge of the game from the presenter, as well as the quality (and voice talent; Tim Curry and Jennifer Hale and on and on!) of the game itself. It's on my wish list, and I'm debating between buying it right now or playing through the 20-some other games I have from GOG first.

Way to catch this show. I'm subscribed, I'm really interested to see what comes next. And how often GOG is mentioned. :D

There's a reason Sacrifice is at the top of my GOG mix: http://www.gog.com/en/mix/games_you_should_play_if_you_havent

Put stuff on hold and play it, you won't be sorry.
Sacrifice is fantastic.
Nice ep, and sacrifice has always been one of my favorite games since I played it first time. I think one of the biggest reasons why sacrifice failed was the hype. I still remember the huge hype around it ever since it's first showing in E3. That video had huge creatures that just ended up lot smaller in release version so it wasn't quite what we expected. But that didn't make it any worse, but the initial impression was pretty negative due to hype. Like always with over hyped games.
