Hey guys, preloading The Witcher 2 and it seems to be stuck at 9602 mb of 9723 mb.

Just seems to be stuck on "Paused"

Now is this because the remaining 121 mb will be added to the download on release day, or is the preload supposed to complete and then an additional file will be added on release day?

Yep. The rest will be downloaded after game unlocks.
