Make sure you have updated your graphics card drivers, try tweaking the graphics settings to see if it makes any difference also. What is the FPS your getting in the game and how low is it dropping?

I have 14 beta drivers so that shouldn't be a problem. FPS is variating from 20 to 50-60. Resoulution is 1600*900, and high settings when i set to low or change resolution same thing happend.

hmm... that is indeed weird do you have a notebook where you also have an internal graphics adapter maybe it is using that instead of your 7670M, try going into the Catalyst Control Center and checking switchable graphics Application setting to check if Witcher exe file is set to High Performance or not.

I have a GTX 650, 4 gb RAM, and an Intel Core 2 Qaud Processor 2.5 Ghz and I still pretty much go through this. Most I can say is mess with the anti aliasing or something like that as well as resolution (which it seems you already did) and it hopefully improves. Unfortunately, it seems sketchy frame rate is just the nature of the beast (if it isn't, please someone say something). I got it to run pretty well most of the time with occasional stutter/ drops in frames with the anti aliasing almost non existent with 720p. I think I kept draw distance the same, though.

Seems legit, I am not sure why there is such a huge variation in the fps, I would suggest trying to downgrade to a stable drivers release just to check if it makes any difference. Personally I have a 7970M and I run the game maxed out on Windows 7 with 13.9 WHQL drivers. Sorry for not being of much help with this.

Try toggling Depth of Field on or off. See if setting it to either will make some improvement.

Hey thanks for the aswer, i turned off anti aliasing and now it's working like it should. :D Btw,tnx too other guys too for answering. :D
Good to know its working better for you now, it usually improves my tweaking the graphic settings and anti-aliasing heavily utilizes the GPU. :)
You are welcome, hope you enjoy the game. It's good.
