I have always loved this game and am greatly saddened that with my new computer I am unable to run this. I was hoping the founders of GoG would add this game to their list of downloads. Any chance of this happening?

Read the stickies please.

The end.

Unfortunately the forums get inundated with such requests, and in the stickies it says where to go to discuss game requests hence why Virama was so short with you.

http://www.gog.com/en/wanted/

However, the request list is old and they will hopefully update it soon. Unfortunately there are no guarantees about when a specific game will show up or if a specific game ever even will show up.

If you'd like you can get Caesar III, the precursor to Zeus (same developer even), only $6, and a great game. We've been discussing some of the other titles from that series of city builders in the forums for Caesar III.

Dear OP,
believe me, you're not alone; there are quite a number of people who'd like to see Zeus, along with the other City Builder classics, here.
Now that GOG has released some more Activision titles, *maybe* we can see them in the not-too-distant future.
you can play Caesar 3 by the time you finish it, check again it might be added here
Use the wishlist or the beg thread.

And also, it's GOG, not GoG. Seriously, why do so many people do that?!

They're used to an o in the middle of an acronym to stand for "of" LoTR for instance, or KoTOR.

Yeah, that'll be right. Still, you'd think that given the site itself has the correct spelling of its acronym plastered all over it, it wouldn't be that difficult to figure it out...

Looking at the top of this webpage I see gog.com, all lowercase.
Yes, and you'll see the correct capitalization if you just look GOG up on gOoGlE.

I see GOG.com on the bottom of every page on this site, next to the screen names of staff in big, blue letters, at least once in the news section and in forum posts by staff. Just to name a few.

They may feel that it is not an important issue and that only few people may actually care about the way they write gOg

I see what you did there.

Yes, at the bottom, in small typing I see the copyright to GOG.com, and at the top I see, stylised gog.com.

I didn't claim otherwise, just that there's plenty of examples of the correct spelling of GOG to be found.
