I want to download the installer, but it does not provide a way to download it on my tablet. It tells me to download it on my PC. I do not use web browsers on my PC. I download stuff on my tablet and transfer it to my PC by USB.

Besides of knowing why you don't use browsers on your pc, you should be fine with any smart device since they are just direct download links.

Latest full installer. First link is for Mac and the second for Windows. The download links are only shown if you're using macOS or Windows.

Edit: added direct links to the current versions (that will become outdated in time) because some browsers display JSON files as mangled plain text.
