EVERY time im launching GOG, or exit from Cyberpunk 2077 game - Galaxy trying to download 20 gb update... All autoupdates and features are disabled in galaxy. Im installed Cuberpunk from standalone installer. Very annoying especially on SSD every time to catch and stop update process.

I suspect it's trying to verify the installation and (re)download the parts needed to properly integrate it with Galaxy, however I'm not sure why it needs 20GB of stuff to do that for Cyberpunk, it's usually only a couple of hundred MB (if that)...

Normally the only thing Galaxy installs automatically without asking you are DLCs. If you have disabled auto updates all that should happen is that you get a dot beneath your game that shows that there is an optional update.

I have the same problem with XCOM 2. I have the automatic updates turned off and yet every time I start the Galaxy it tries to download 40GB update from the beginning.
It seems that GOG can't patch one thing without breaking another. :(

Nope that's not strange. Galaxy WILL install the DLC again no matter if it was already installed via OL installer or not. It's a long known bug GOG apparently is unable (or unwilling) to fix.
