Python is a programming language to run scripts and it has to match the system OS so for example Windows 7 needs a different build to what runs on Windows 11... it typically causes issues when people "upgrade" to new builds without testing or even understanding then

the "fix" is to match your OS and games to whatever you want to play so if you like old Gpu like KOTOR then stay away from Windows 11 and for more moden games update your Python build or perhaps even the OS

Starting with Python 3.10.8, legacy operating systems like Windows 7 (or older) are no longer supported.

Galaxy comes bundled with the 32 Bit version of Python 3.7.3, so that should not be the problem.
