You can remove only games added by hand, the ones tied to a linked Store account can be removed only by asking a refund to the store itself...

If you don't want to "see" some specific games, you can "HIDE" them from the Galaxy library right-clicking on them.

I assume you are talking about 'free' games which got forced added to people's accounts... If so you can contact customer support to have them removed as adding them in the first place was against Australian law

If it's a game you actually payed for and refund time has run out you are stuck with it

Apparently you can remove games from your Steam library without a refund.
