Heirgeir: I've had this problem and solved it about a year maybe year and a half ago with the oft mentioned fix from github.
Many thanks to the guys making it.
But today the problem resurfaced in an odd way.
Steam plugin is registered as offline, retry button does not seem to do anything.
Several restarts of GG, Steam and PC, also including a new download and "install" of the fix in case something had gone wrong, same problem.
No steam game can be launched, play button is grey and Steam registered as offline.
However if I start a particular game through steam, I can later start that same game through Gog Galaxy, Play button again in happy colour mode.
Anyone has an Idea of what is going on ?
Same problem here. I've got Win11, have ran the Windows updater, have run the Gog updater, and am using the 1.2.1 beta. Steam doesn't show up in the list of bookmarked integrated platforms on the left. It says Steam is offline, with "retry" and "disconnect" next to it. I've disconnected it, reconnected it, and followed the same steps, but the error is still present. I'm effectively unable to use any Steam integration.
Update: Fixed it. The mobile Steam Guard code thing doesn't work. It's what is causing the error. Instead, you have to enter your username and password, hit continue, and *wait* for the notification to appear in Steam Guard that allows you to approve or deny access. After you hit approve, hit continue in the Gog integration box.
