Hallo alle,

Mein Deutch ist so so, aber Ich bitte Ihnen mir zu hilfen.
I will continue in English.

When I am signed in, I cannot access the English general forum (https://www.gog.com/forum/general). I get a logo with a little bear holding a globe, and that's it. If I sign out, I can access the page just fine. I've tried in another browser that has NO add-ons, and the issue is the same. I can, interestingly enough, access individual threads provided I enter the correct link.

I have written to support, but no answer except the automated message that my issue is being looked into. The problem started to happen a week ago.

Does anyone here have any clue on how to resolve this issue?

Again, I am sorry for writing in English in a German forum, but I cannot properly access the English forum.

Hopefully, someone can help.

Hey there,

I'm afraid I can not help you but I'll bump this thread (maybe one of the mods can help).
The english/international forums are working fine, I have no issues. The only time I see a little bear is when I type a wrong gog-url in the search bar (to a non existing thread or whatever) - but I think that was not your problem.

I have updated the second ticket with additional information as described above. A few days ago, I tried entering the general forum, and the page opened normally, I pressed page 2, and it stopped working again. Not working anymore since then. I have not changed anything.

So far, no word from the Gog Team. I received an automatic response to my tickets 5 days ago. I am still waiting.

Did you try to delete cache and cookies and to log in again? Probably not the reason for your problem (because you said it happens with different browsers), but still worth a try.

I did, several times. Also tried with a different browser with no addons or previous logins, but the problem is the same. When I am not logged in, I can access the general forum just fine. As soon as I log in, I get the bear and the globe error.
