I know this isn't the appropriate place, but as I'm getting no reply after 5 days from my CD-Key request, I thought this might help get some action started quicker.

Bought the game five days ago, submitted my request same day to get my multiplayer keys. After a few days, I submitted another request, still no reply. I just threw up another one, here's hoping I get a reply to that one.

I'm using this link. Selecting "Neverwinter Nights: Diamond Edition" and "I have a problem with: multiplayer key request."

It says "Your message will appear in your "My Account" page in about 5 minutes" and it never does. I get a conformation page that it was sent, but I never get any messages that show up about it.

Have you tried checking the spam folder of the e-mail associated with your GOG account? Sometimes the e-mail can find its way there instead of into your inbox.
